We will start our tour with a  Grand Ole Opry for a Backstage Tour. Go behind the curtain at Nashville's premier country music stage and get a behind the scenes look at this legendary venue..  Take a journey back in time as we visit two of the most historic mansions in the Southeast, The Hermitage and the Belle Meade Plantations. The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson and is known to be the best preserved early presidential home and is ready for us to explore just as it would have been in 1836. You will be treated to an old fashioned southern lunch at The Hermitage a family owned smorgaboard operation since the 1940's.  Then on to visit the Belle Meade Plantation, an estate of 2500 acres of rolling land , once a world renowned thoroughbred farm. Here you will have a narrated tour with time to tour the grounds on your own. We will complete our visit with wine tasting at the Winery at Belle Meade.  Join in the fun on this great side trip to Nashville.
